Do points expire?
Points expire 6 months after award on a Piñata membership; they do not expire on a paid membership; downgrading starts a 6-month countdown (reclaimable if you upgrade within 60 days); leaving a property-sponsored paid program gives a 60-day grace period first.
After redeeming points for a gift card you must claim it within 8 weeks, and claimed gift cards expire after 6 months.
All points expire immediately if you delete your account.
