Why can I not enroll in credit reporting?
You may not be able to enroll in credit reporting if:
- Your lease has less than 3 months left. You need at least 3 months remaining on your lease to enroll.
- You opted out recently. If you opted out of credit reporting, you must wait six months before you can enroll again.
- Your lease information is not correct. If your lease dates, name, or address are wrong, contact your Property Management Team to fix them, then try again.
- You are already enrolled. Check the Credit Reporting page to see your plan.
