How do I add money to My Wallet?

   Step 1. Open Add Money

   On the Dashboard (the first page you see after you log in), select Add Money in the My Wallet box. Or go to My Banking and select Add Money.

   Step 2. Connect a bank account if needed

   If you have not linked a bank account yet, select Connect to an external bank account to transfer money into your wallet and follow the steps in How do I link my bank account?.

   Step 3. Enter the amount

   Type the dollar amount you want to add.

   Step 4. Choose your bank account

   Under Transfer From, choose your bank account.

   Step 5. Check Transfer To

   Make sure My Prisma Wallet is chosen under Transfer To.

   Step 6. Send the transfer

   Check the amount and both accounts. Select Transfer.

   Note: Adding money takes time to process. Check your My Wallet balance to see when it arrives.
