How do I cancel Auto-Payment?
Open Auto-Payment, select your schedule, and turn it off or cancel it. Make sure the portal shows it as cancelled.
Important: Cancelling Auto-Payment stops future payments. It does not stop a payment that has already started. If you cancel close to your payment day, check Payment History.
