When does Auto-Payment charge my account?
Auto-Payment charges your account on the day of the month you choose. If auto-pay is set up it will tell you the time and day it will run in the make a payment section.
You choose when the payments happen when you set up Auto-Payment:
- Autopay Start Date: the date of your first automatic payment.
- Scheduled Day of the Month: the day each payment is made, for example the 1st.
- Repeat Every: how often it repeats, for example Every month.
- Automatic Payments End Date: turn this on if you want the payments to stop on a certain date. If you leave it off, they keep going.
To check your dates before you finish, look at the Payment Schedule Preview. It shows your next 3 payments. For example, with a start date of November 1, 2026, it shows November 1, 2026, December 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027.
How much is charged: if you choose Pay in full, Auto-Payment charges your full balance on the scheduled day. To limit how much can be charged, check Set a maximum cap.
