Why was I charged for Credit Reporting, and can I get a refund?
If you were charged for rent reporting, you were enrolled in the service and did not opt out before the next rent cycle. Once your rent payment has been reported to the credit bureaus, we’re unable to refund the fee for that reporting period. However, you can opt out at any time to stop future reporting and avoid charges in upcoming months.
