How do I see everything I’ve been charged?
Ledger Activity is your full account record from your property. It shows charges (like rent and fees), payments, and credits. Payment History shows only your payments.

Step 1. Open Ledger Activity
Select Ledger Activity in the menu on the left. You can also select the Ledger Activity button on the Payment History or Make Payment page.

Step 2. Read your ledger
Each line shows the Transaction Date, Description, Type (for example, a charge), and Amount.
To save or print your ledger, select View/Download Pdf.
Note: A new payment takes time to show in your ledger.
Use Ledger Activity to check rent and other charges, payments applied to your account, credits, fees, and changes to your balance.
Tip: If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact your Property Management Team. Your property creates the charges on your ledger.
