How do I pay rent with a card?

   Step 1. Open Make Payment

   On the Dashboard (the first page you see after you log in), select Make a Payment. You can also select Make Payment in the menu on the left.

   Step 2. Choose Card

   Under Payment Type, select Card.

   Step 3. Enter your card information

   Fill in each box:

   • Card Number and Card Holder’s Name
   • Email and Phone No
   • Expiration date (MM/YY), for example 04/28
   • CVV: the 3-digit security code on the back of your card (4 digits on the front for American Express)

   Step 4. Check your billing address

   Enter the address your card company has on file: street, city, state, and ZIP code.

   Step 5. Enter the amount

   In the Amount box, type how much you want to pay. Check the Payment Amount, Prisma Platform Fee, and Total Transaction Amount.

   Step 6. Review and submit

   Check your information and the total.

   Select the checkbox to confirm the details are correct and to authorize the payment. Then select Submit.

   Important: After you select Submit, wait. Do not close the page, refresh it, or press Submit again. When the confirmation appears, your payment has been sent.

That’s it. You’re done.
