How do I save my payment method?

   Step 1. Open Payment Methods

   Select Payment Methods in the menu on the left. The page has two sections:

   • Credit & Debit Cards shows your saved cards.
   • Bank Accounts / Linked Bank Accounts shows your saved or linked bank accounts.

   If you haven’t saved anything yet, you’ll see No Record Found.

   Step 2. Choose what you want to save

   In the upper-right corner, select one of these:

   • Add A Payment Card to save a debit or credit card. Go to Step 3.
   • Add A Bank Account to save a checking or savings account. Go to Step 4.

   Step 3. Save a debit or credit card

   1. Fill in Card Number, Card Holder’s Name, MM/YY (expiration date), CVV, Email, and Phone Number.
   2. Check the billing address: Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (if you have one), City, State, and ZIP Code. It should match the address your card company has on file.
   3. Check your information, then select Save Payment Method. This gives Prisma permission to store your card.

   Your card will now be listed under Credit & Debit Cards.

   Step 4. Save a bank account

   You will see two choices:

   • Link Bank Account: log in to your bank through Plaid. See How do I link my bank account?
   • Bank Account: type in your bank numbers yourself. To do that:

   1. Select Bank Account.
   2. Fill in Account Holder’s Name, Routing Number, and Account Number. Type each number again in the Confirm boxes.
   3. Select Checking or Savings.
   4. Make sure the address, city, state, and ZIP code are correct.
   5. Select Save Payment Method.

   Your account will now be listed under Bank Accounts / Linked Bank Accounts.

   Important: Check every number before saving. A wrong number can cause a payment to be declined or returned.

That’s it. You’re done.
